SIAMS

In October 2019, our children, staff and governors were delighted to be judged ‘good‘ following a SIAMS inspection.

Following the inspection, the lead inspector made the following comments:

‘Leaders are committed to ensuring that all pupils, including the vulnerable, disadvantaged and those with special needs and/or disabilities, flourish and achieve.’

Pupils are increasingly reflective, independent learners. They thoroughly enjoy all that school offers.’

‘Pupils are excited by their work in RE.’

‘Daily collective worship, supported and enriched by strong links with the church, engages and inspires pupils.’

All Church of England schools undergo a Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS). The purpose of SIAMS is to evaluate the distinctiveness and effectiveness of a school as a church school.
